تهران (پانا) – رییس فراکسیون حقوق شهروندی مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: طرح سه فوریتی تعطیلی و قرنطینه کامل کشور تقدیم هیات رییسه مجلس شده است

عبدالکریم حسین‌زاده در گفت‌وگو با ایسنا اظهار کرد: یکشنبه هفته گذشته که جلسه مجلس قرار بود به صورت مجازی برگزار شود من در محل صحن مجلس حاضر شدم و ضمن رایزنی با رییس مجلس، طرح سه فوریتی تعطیلی و قرنطینه کامل کشور را در یک ماده و ۱۱ تبصره و با امضای ۱۶ نفر از نمایندگان تحویل آقای قاضی زاده هاشمی کردم، ایشان نیز این طرح را به اداره قوانین ارجاع کردند

وی افزود: این طرح که حدود یک ماه پیش تهیه شده بر مبنای تعطیلی یک ماه کشور و براساس اصل ٧٩ قانون اساسی پیش‌بینی شده بود که با توجه به اینکه مجلس جلسه علنی نداشت امکان مطرح کردن آن نیز نبود لذا بنا داریم این طرح را در اولین جلسه علنی مجلس برای اتخاذ راهکارهایی جهت مقابله با کرونا مطرح کنیم

نایب رییس فراکسیون امید با اعلام آمادگی در خصوص دریافت پیشنهادات نمایندگان در جزییات این طرح، اضافه کرد: با توجه به شیوع ویروس کرونا در چند ماه گذشته، کشور به صورت نیمه تعطیل در آمده است، لذا به منظور قطع زنجیره انتقال این ویروس باید حداقل به مدت یک ماه کمترین تردد و تماس وجود داشته باشد
