According to the public relations office of the Judiciary (eadl.ir), immediately after the fatal attack on the embassy at 8:25 local time Friday morning, Tehran Prosecutor Mohammad Shahriari arrives at the place, and the initial probe into the crime showed that the attacker had a personal motive to commit the armed attack
The attacker said that his wife entered the embassy in Tehran in the spring and never came back home; then, he filed a lawsuit in Urmia, West Azarbaijan Province, over his missing wife, who was from Baku, the capital city of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Legal investigations showed that his wife had returned to Azerbaijan, so the case was closed by the Iranian authorities, but the man continued to follow up on the issue from Iran’s Foreign Ministry and Azerbaijan’s Embassy in Tehran
His wife with the help of her two family members traveled to the Azerbaijan Republic and did not return to Iran
رئیس جمهور دستور تحقیقات همه جانبه در مورد حمله به سفارت آذربایجان را صادر کرد
تهران – ایرنا – ابراهیم رئیسی رئیس جمهوری اسلامی دستور بررسی همه جانبه حمله مسلحانه به سفارت جمهوری آذربایجان در تهران را صادر کرد.
محمد جمشیدی، معاون سیاسی رئیس جمهور ایران روز جمعه در حساب کاربری خود در توئیتر نوشت ایران حادثه غم انگیز حمله به سفارت این کشور برادر و همسایه را محکوم می کند.
جمشیدی افزود: آیت الله رئیسی بلافاصله پس از شنیدن این ماجرای تاسف بار دستور رسیدگی همه جانبه به این موضوع را صادر کرد و ضمن تسلیت و همدردی با دولت، ملت و بستگان آن دیپلمات متوفی، برای مجروحان شفای عاجل ابراز امیدواری کرد.
به گزارش روابط عمومی قوه قضائیه (eadl.ir)، بلافاصله پس از حمله مرگبار به سفارت در ساعت ۸:۲۵ صبح جمعه به وقت محلی، محمد شهریاری دادستان تهران در محل حاضر شد و تحقیقات اولیه در مورد جنایت نشان داد که مهاجم انگیزه شخصی برای ارتکاب حمله مسلحانه داشته است.
مهاجم گفت که همسرش در بهار وارد سفارت در تهران شده و دیگر به خانه برنگشته است. سپس در ارومیه استان آذربایجان غربی به خاطر همسر مفقود شده خود که اهل باکو پایتخت جمهوری آذربایجان بود شکایت کرد.
بررسی‌های حقوقی نشان داد همسر وی به آذربایجان بازگشته است، بنابراین پرونده توسط مقامات ایرانی بسته شد، اما این مرد همچنان موضوع را از وزارت امور خارجه و سفارت جمهوری آذربایجان در تهران پیگیری کرد.
همسر وی با کمک دو تن از اعضای خانواده خود به جمهوری آذربایجان سفر کرد و به ایران بازنگشت.
